Card one

Ready but waiting

If you chose card one today you are being reminded that everything happens in divine right timing.

It might appear as though everything has ground to a halt, as though you are stagnating. It must be frustrating but trust in the process.

It is because you are being divinely guided that things appear this way. Really, everything is happening behind the scenes. Your loved ones and guides and spiritual teachers on the other side are super busy putting in place what needs to be put in place.

You will not fail, unless you give up, unless you react in self-sabotaging ways. And even this will serve you eventually, because everything serves you, even the so-called negative.

So relax, trust and let go. There is no need to strive. Creation is finished.

Your ducks are all in a row. Spend this time honing your skills even further, and engaging in gentle self-care, like yoga, meditation and walks in nature to keep your energy balanced and joyful.

Card two

Clarity

If you chose this card you can take heart, for any deep confusion, inner conflict or misperception will be coming to the surface soon to be resolved.

You may have been struggling recently, but you are about to be cracked open, and illuminated from within. Light will shine on the shadows of your mind, and what seemed impossible to decipher before will suddenly become crystal clear.

You can help this process along by realising that the problems we create with our minds, cannot be solved by our minds, by our egos’s constant ruminations, plotting and planning and dreaming and scheming. Hard as it seems, let it go. You are stronger than you realise and if you surrender it all to the bigger picture, to the part of you that is so much more than human, with all its limitations, divine guidance will come.

Card three

Reaction

If you chose this card you are being reminded that toxic positivity is not a healthy state.

The person who sees only the good does not recognise a villain when one shows up. Whilst is not a good idea to over-identify with our negative emotional states, especially fear, our reactions can be healthy and normal and give us cues about the environment.

So if someone in your life, a situation or thing, feels off in any way, if you keep reacting in anger or fear to something, don’t push it down, and don’t decide there must be something wrong with you for feeling a certain way. To do so is to deny your own guidance system.

Instead, take a step back and observe any bodily or emotional reactions. Spend time in quiet contemplation, tuning into your heart space. Maybe do some journaling and see what comes up. Have the confidence and trust to know all the answers are within you.

Rather than pushing emotions down, trying to control them or dismissing them altogether gently enquire what they are trying to tell you.
