Perhaps you’re on the right path and you know it. Every day is a joy and a wonder. You know you are divinely aligned, going with the flow. There is no upstream battle. You are one with all that is, in a perpetual flow state, allowing a constant unfolding of life, trusting it as it reveals itself, rather than accepting the same old crap. All you need comes to you with ease in divine right timing. You love your livelihood. It’s perfect for you, exactly what you always dreamt of doing. You have an enormous sense of fulfilment and well-being, and wake each day with a bubbling excitement as you anticipate the day ahead, and can’t wait to get started on your tasks, so you bound from the bed with energy, health and vigour, ready to take on each day…
We all know it isn’t always like this.
This is a rare state of being, though something to aspire to, and if you don’t feel it, know you’re not alone.
But also know, the way of being I just described, ludicrous as it may seem, is your birthright, what you came here to experience. This is how you’re meant to be, live and feel. Real and authentic, in the flow state, immersed in doing what you love, following your highest excitement, dedicated to being the best version of yourself, loving well, living abundantly, fully present in your life, not constantly looking for ways to escape the daily grind, doom scrolling to distract from the pain, from how unbearable it feels to be living in inauthentic, overly domesticated ways, numbing down with alcohol, bad food, and drugs, medicating the true self in order to cope with living the lie perpetuated by a sick, mind controlled society.

The programming we’re indoctrinated into from birth is a lie, a perversion of what it truly means to be human, of what it means to express the divine life force in this incarnation. It’s a terrible waste. We are being robbed and cheated out of something precious. We’re not meant to do work we hate, day in, day out, in order to squeeze in a couple of years of retirement before we die.
When we hate to do something, when we can barely stand to do it, imagine the energy it takes just to get through the day, imagine the resentment felt and magnify that by the billions on this planet living in this way. This is the toxic energy that goes into creating the matrix, feeding the lower astral. No wonder our planet is so polluted. Nobody benefits from your creation, apart from those unseen masters who benefit most from this sorry status quo.
When we do the things we are not really inspired by, it’s impossible to put your heart and soul into it.
Think about the last relationship you had that you weren’t that into, that you kept going long past its sell-by date, out of fear of the unknown and of being alone. Did that much benefit the other person? Highly unlikely. Most likely they ended up even more hurt than you did.
Or the last job you did that you hated, performed only as a means to an end, to take the money and run? Did you take much pride in your work, make a good impression? Were you honestly being of service to the greater good? It’s pretty much impossible to immerse fully in that which we don’t much like, and yet most of humanity is under this spell, believing this is the way it has to be.
When nobody is really putting their heart and soul into what they do, when everyone is living in a way that is wrong for them, we end up with a mess of crumbling economies and structures, everything failing, bigger and bigger potholes in the wrong road we still insist upon driving down with gritted teeth, destroying our vehicle in the process by putting it through too much stress.
At a personal level, when we do the things we hate, out of a sense of duty or self-sacrifice, it causes us a deep, existential pain. We slowly die inside, wither away, as we work tirelessly to stop it all falling apart, be it love relationships that needs to be over or career or friendships we’ve outgrown.
So, if something in your life is falling apart, don’t struggle to hang onto it.
To do so will take every last ounce of your life force. Let it fall, like Rome fell, like all empires fall eventually. It is meant to fall apart, so surrender to the seeming chaos. Let it go, knowing you’re always safe, always protected and completely loved.
You will definitely come out the other side of this process intact, stronger than you ever thought you were. The universe has your back. Beyond the veil, the life guides assigned to you are cheering you on because they love to see us evolve.
This realm of creation isn’t real. It is all a dream our higher selves are agreeing to have together. It is an illusion, and in illusionary states everything is transitory, nothing is fixed and meant to stay the same. The energy wants to move and flow, to shapeshift into something new and different, something interesting that will better serve you and all of us, and the higher good.
Imagine we lived in a world where everyone’s unique talents and abilities were appreciated, encouraged and admired, where everyone was expressing their most authentic self, doing the thing they loved the most. It would be a new Renaissance, an enlightened golden age filled with music and song, art and poetry, delicious, healthy food, and other soul nourishment.
So, when something is failing and causing you pain, don’t panic. Let it go, let it crumble to dust if it wants to, let go of any need to control. Let it make way for something new. It definitely will. Nature abhors a vacuum.
Ask your higher self, your guides, your God/Source/Divine, “If not this, then show me something better...”
Then surrender to the flow.
