528 hz is the frequency of dna activation, cellular repair, love and abundance
Knowing this I tuned a frequency device to 528 to listen to while I was sleeping
I didn’t talk to anyone about this, research it online or even have my phone in the room whilst playing g this frequency, and yet an uncanny amount of articles about 528 started appearing in my social media feeds, more than could be a coincidence, not that I believe in those.
But it does say something g to me, about the nature of our reality, confirmation of an algorithm responding to pure frequency, and how we can magnetise things if a similar frequency to us by embodying certain frequencies

It’s great to discern.

A background, almost constant sense of doom is a sign of nervous system deregulation
It’s a valid response to what’s happening in the world, but it doesn’t serve you
In this video I share a powerful technique to rewire your brain and reset your nervous system
Everytime you notice the sense of doom as you go about your daily life, stop, take a deep breath and take a moment to notice that in the present moment there is no danger present, and say to yourself, “I am safe”
It’s all about repetition and sticking at it. If you can repeat this technique everytime you notice the sense of doom, you will notice powerful shifts in your reality

Nettle grows everywhere and as a plant ally it’s easy to overlook. Nettle tea is most likely the cheapest most delicious and effective way to balance a woman’s hormones, especially in menopause
Nettle tea clears out xeno oestrogens from the body, those nasties in the water supply from the pill, pesticides etc, and so remedies oestrogen dominance

For hormonal balance try stimulating ST 3 (Juliao) You’ll find it directly below the pupil, on the infraorbital ridge, (the boney bit below the eye)
Yintang (Third Eye Point) between the eyebrows, at the spot where the bridge of the nose meets the forehead, also influences the endocrine system and can help with hormonal balance.

To massage these points use your fingers to apply gentle pressure.
Massage in a circular motion or hold the point for a few minutes.
Breathe deeply and relax.

These points regulate the endocrine system. Stimulating them as a regular part of your facial routine not only diminishes the look of fine lines and wrinkles and tones around the eyes, it also helps balance hormone production and regulation. This is why my facials are so holistic. They target so much simultaneously and benefits are multilayered
Massaging these points, at home or during my treatments calms the mind and body, which also contributes to hormonal balance.

A point for better sleep is the *Anmian point*, located behind the earlobe, in the depression between the mastoid process and the jawbone.
Use your fingers to apply gentle pressure.
Massage in small circles or hold the point until you feel the jaw release.
Breathe deeply and relax.
The Anmian point calms the mind, reduces stress, and promotes relaxation.
Anotger helpful facial reflexology point is the *Yintang point*, the Third Eye Point, between the eyebrows, where the bridge of the nose meets the forehead.
Massage in a circular motion or hold the point for a few minutes.
Breathe deeply and relax.

For better sleep establish a bedtime routine. Develop a calming pre-sleep routine, such as reading or meditation or a sequence of my face yoga moves or deep relaxation techniques taught at my classes
Create a sleep-conducive environment by limiting technology like phones and WiFi. Make your bedroom dark, quiet, beautifully lit and relaxing
Avoid screens as blue light interferes with sleep. Limit caffeine and alcohol
Get plenty of morning sunlight and try to catch a sunset. Exposure to natural light regulates your circadian rhythms.

Ever wondered why mums stroke their baby’s foreheads like this? It’s the spinal zone in facial reflexology. You can use this for a quick reset, whilst also smoothing out fine lines. Here are some more tips for nervous system reset
- Practice deep breathing to calm your nervous system. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale slowly through your mouth.
- Regular mindfulness and meditation practice helps you regulate and reduce stress. Start with short sessions so as not to overwhelm yourself .
- Engage in regular physical activity, such as yoga, tai chi, or qigong, to move energy through your body and out, help regulate you and promote relaxation.
- Use grounding techniques, such as focusing on your five senses, or standing barefoot on grass.
Sleep and Relaxation needs to be a priority, as well as engaging in relaxing activities, reading or listening to music, just chilling
- a balanced diet, avoiding sugary and processed foods, alcohol and caffeine which exacerbate nervous system dysregulation.
Social Connection is so important. Nurture friendships and build strong relationships with like minded others to promote emotional well-being.
- Spend time in nature whenever you can, sit by a fire, walk in the woods, watch the clouds, stargaze, listen to the birds, watch the waves wash along the shore, engage in activities that promote a sense of calm.
- Seek Professional Help if you’re struggling with nervous system dysregulation, I recommend somatic therapy

Find a comfortable seated or lying position, and take a deep breath in. Locate the Yintang point, the “Third Eye Point,” between the eyebrows, where the bridge of the nose meets the eyebrows
Using your thumbs or index fingers, apply gentle pressure. Hold for a few seconds and release. Repeat this process several times, focusing on the sensation of the pressure and the relaxation that follows.
